This has been the most user friendly and best camera I have ever used, I am extremely pleased with it.

The shot I posted today of Samantha (Yellow Lab) on the beach was taken in the Honey Harbour, Canada area (Cottage Country). The camera I was using that day was a decade old Sony. I don’t know if it’s the best shot I have ever taken, but I like it.

Now (within the last few months) I am taking most of my shots with a Nikon D7000 with an 18-200mm Nikkor DX lens. I consider the Nikon to be my greatest photographic challenge ever. As I said in a recent blog (Through Gates of Grace), I humbly consider myself a “hack” at best. That being said, I think I am learning and hopefully making progress.

John
relaxedrush.blogspot.com
connectedtothevinephotography.blogspot.comAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13126827057034325406noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2206065553094247343.post-55804215344198530772011-06-16T12:37:07.969-04:002011-06-16T12:37:07.969-04:00What kind of camera do you have, John? As I digital scrapbook our experiences, I hope to post photos in the future. I'm very interested in everybody's camera, what kind, how you shoot things, so hope if you, in particular, are thrilled with a shot, you might share some of the technical details or settings? Just a thought! Thanks for doing a photography blog!Jeannie and Eldyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04664198861231288915noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2206065553094247343.post-47711216315545027182011-06-15T17:12:19.895-04:002011-06-15T17:12:19.895-04:00Need a frying pan, some butter, a nice fire, some ...Need a frying pan, some butter, a nice fire, some salt and lemon...Its Time to Livehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04668317284838022522noreply@blogger.com
